At 8 years old I started pouring draft beer behind the bar on Sundays at my uncles restaurant in the central business district of New Orleans known as the CBD, a few years later I started in the back kitchen during summer breaks with my own Chefs knife, Chefs Jacket and Chefs black and white checkered pants.

Since childhood, my fascination for food has been undeniable. My curiosity to explore new traditions, flavors and dishes of food has always been my passion. 

For me, food is more than just sustenance—it’s a vehicle for well-being, self-care, storytelling, creating memories, and fostering connections with those we cherish.
