At 8 years old I started pouring draft beer behind the bar on Sundays at my uncles restaurant in the central business district of New Orleans known as the CBD, a few years later I started in the back kitchen during summer breaks with my own Chefs knife, Chefs Jacket and Chefs black and white checkered pants.

Since childhood, my fascination for food has been undeniable. My curiosity to explore new traditions, flavors and dishes of food has always been my passion. 

NOLA's personal chef services, specialize in providing seasonal and healthy meals using whole ingredients. My goal is to help busy professionals, families, high net worth individuals, and athletes achieve their health goals, save time, and maintain a balanced diet.

My culinary services are designed to celebrate the beauty of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, tailored to the tastes and dietary preferences of individuals who prioritize their well-being. For this reason we created nutritious, healthy meal options, so on-the-go families, singles, working professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and even senior citizens could eat healthy without spending hours planning and preparing meals.

Nola celebrates the traditional cuisine of New Orleans. At NOLA we do not try to recreate the wheel, we believe in using fresh seasonal local ingredients to create our dishes. 

Blending fresh local ingredients with centuries old cooking techniques gives us dimensions of flavor not found anywhere today but, here.

Recently I began sourcing fresh local ingredients directly from the farm or ranch. This unique ability gives us the opportunity to create the most flavorful, fresh, nutritional dishes possible. 

Having the ability to source fresh local ingredients is the sole reason NOLA was created.
